How easy it is to do too!
I'm sure scripting huge quests will be pretty cumbersome, so I bought the World Builder Guide.
But here is a basic run down of what I did.
I just loaded up the world builder. Laid down 5 rooms, connected them with hallways. Put some mephits in one room, spiders in another, and then a red dragon and silver dragon in the last.
Saved the game, jumped into it...
And what do i see but the 2 dragons FIGHTING! MWAHAHAHA!
Seriously, they have basic AI that is equivelent to EQ and DA. So making a very basic dungeon romp will be super easy and quick.
Building the dungeon was very very very simple to do as well.
I really doubt I will be peeking into DA again. Haha this thing is going to suck all my time away.
