The Convention Watch Party was a huge success! We had a great turnout of approximately 350 to celebrate the last night of the Republican National Convention and President Bush's acceptance speech.

Every Saturday - Please help get out the vote for TED POE for Congress.  We walk neighborhoods every Saturday.  We meet at the headquarters (4320 Dowlen Road) at 9:00am and head out from there.  Anyone who would like to walk their individual neighborhoods please come by the headquarters and we will gladly put together a box of information for you!  Call 899-2217 for more details.

1st Monday Monthly - Golden Triangle Republican Women - Men and women invited to meetings for lunch and a guest speaker at the Holiday Inn Midtown. October 4th meeting will feature Ted Poe.  3rd Tuesday Monthly - Southeast Texas Young Republicans Please join us on Tuesday, 21 September, 7:00 at Ten on Crockett Street. Ten is located upstairs across from the Star Bar. September's meeting we will set up our Membership, Community Service, Direct Action, and Education committees. We will also decide on how SETX YR can be most effective for the last 42 days of this election as well as develop a membership strategy.

Saturday October 2nd - Orange County Republican Party - Join us for a Bar-B-Que with special guests Congressman Kevin Brady, Senator Tommy Williams and Representative Mike 'Tuffy' Hamilton. 11am - 2pm at Comier Park on Hwy 1442 just south of I-10.

Saturday October 30th - Opening night of the Texas Wildcatters. Join us for Southeast Texas Young Republicans night. We have group space with discounted tickets.
