This is the grill i have been working on. Its far from finished but will look something like this.
I started with aluminum flat bar and notched a piece out of the middle to bend each piece to the angle I wanted.
I then used aluminum tubing, polished it and cut several pieces to use for spacers in between each bar. Then I used a steel rod to run through the bars and the spacers to keep everything aligned. I cut the holes in each bar earlier. The 5 supports you see will be less noticeable one the grill inner header panel are painted black. |
