Effective 10/1/99, the first $25 worth of monthly access fees are exempt from Texas State Sales Tax of 8.25%. Monthly Access fees above this amount and other services are still applicable to this tax. Invoicing, if required, is by E-mail. A $3 invoicing fee is applied if mail invoicing is required.
